2017 – 2018 Concert Season

For his 2016-2017 concert season, Adam Sherkin continues to champion a diverse repertoire: classics from the traditional canon, new pieces by cutting-edge Canadian composers and his own solo music.  The new 2017-18 season features a monthly concert series with – guest artists – on the first Thursday of every month at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto.  Themed “Write Off the Keyboard,” this series highlights great pianist/composers of our not-too-distant past who not only interpreted with formidable mastery but wrote exceptional music from the piano’s vantage point: Rachmaninoff,  Liszt, Beethoven and Chopin are all included.  For further details, visit: HERE.
